Optimizing the WordPress database is not a difficult task. There are several plugins in the WordPress repository, which allow us to perform database optimization with 1-click.
Here I will explain three plugins to optimize the WordPress database.
Note: Before proceeding, make a full backup of your site.
# 1. Optimizing the WordPress Database using the WP-Optimize plugin
First, you can install and activate the WP-Optimize plugin on your website. It is a single popular WordPress plugin that cleans your WordPress database.
This data removes unwanted data such as trashed, rejected, spam comments, pingbacks, trackbacks, and periodic transitions, etc.
Once activated, you will add a new menu item to your WordPress Diamondboard with a WP-Optimize label. Click Systematic WP-Optimize >> Database. This will take you to the customization page.
On this page, you see a lot of customization items, which are optimizing. Observe each visit carefully as you are working on your site’s database. A slight default can break your site.
You can select customization items as per your requirement.
After selecting the optimization item, run all selected items on the button hit. WP-Optimize Start optimizing your WordPress database.
In addition, you can do the optimization by rotating by clicking on run optimization.
WP-Optimize InnoDB does not optimize tables!
# 2. Optimizing the WordPress Database using WP-Sweep
Another very popular package that cleans your WordPress database. The database optimizes the database and removes the items below,

First, install and activate the Advanced Database Cleaner option in your site.
After activating, it will add a new menu item to your WordPress bird board with WP DB Cleaner. Click Organize.)
Now go to the general clean-up tab, check all items, then choose the clean option from the drop-down menu and hit the Apply button.
Start to clean your databases.
