Import, export or update hundreds or thousands of products with the same CSV in your WooCommerce store. This device supports all types of products, including variations.

  • For the first time, store owners are started faster by exporting and importing products during setup

Create your CSV

To import new products or update existing products, you’ll need a CSV of your product information. You can do this:

  • Export the CSV of products from an existing store.
  • Create CSV of products using this blank and formatted CSV file.
  • Download a CSV file with sample data from GitHub site and replace it.
  • Use your own CSV. Any information you include should follow the formulation and columns of product CSV import scheme.

If the built-in WooCommerce tool is used to export the CSV, then it already follows the schema and is ready to use. If you use a blank and formatted CSV file, then it also follows the schema; Be sure to enter the information as per the instructions given in the product CSV import scheme.

General

    • CSVs should be in UTF-8 format.
    • Dates should be defined for the local timezone of the store.

Use

  • 1 or 0 in your CSV, if importing boolean values ​​(true or false)

  • Wrap the values ​​in quotes, you can insert a comma.

  • Images need to be pre-uploaded or available online for importing to your store.

Adding new products

Using WooCommerce first and the current store owner can use CSV to add new products with one upload.
